Flightline and Rich Strike head field for Breeders' Cup

Flightline and Rich Strike are the only undefeated horses in the field for the Breeders' Cup Classic. Todd Pletcher is pre-entering two horses for $6 million race.

Flightline and Rich Strike are the only horses that won this year's Triple Crown races. Flightline is undefeated in his career and is the favorite in the Breeders' Cup Classic. Rich strike won the Kentucky Derby at 80-1 odds in May. Todd Pletcher's two pre-entries are Happy Saver and Life is Good for the 1 1/4-mile Classic to be run on Nov. 5 and broadcast on NBC. Bob Baffert is planning to enter Taiba in Classic, which he has won a record four times. The Classic field was among the horses pre entered for $28 million, 14-race world championships on November 4-5 at Keeneland in Lexington, Kentucky.
