Cleveland Guardians, New York Yankees series preview, pitching matchups

Cleveland Guardians play a three-game series against the New York Yankees. The games are played at Yankee Stadium from Friday through Sunday.

The Yankees are playing the Cleveland Indians. Eli Morgan, Jameson Taillon, Kirk McCarty, Nestor Cortes and Aaron Civale are the pitchers. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. on Friday.

Cleveland Guardians are coming off a 3-3 homestand and are first in the AL Central. They are starting a 10-game trip to New York and the West Coast. Morgan starts Friday and McCarty will make his big league debut Saturday. Yankees have won three of their last five games.
