ClutchBet is the 18th legal sports betting operator in Iowa. It has market access agreements in place with Colorado, Louisiana, and Indiana. Clutchbet is a subsidiary of BlueBet, an Australian company founded in 2015. The company is on track to have 5% of the sportsbetting market share by 2025.   in Australia. In the U.S. it wants to promote a b2b sportsbook-as-solution for companies.

ClutchBet Sportsbooks Debuts in U.S. Market with Iowa Launch. Clutchbet is offering some special launch offers. The first is a risk-free bet up to $500. Second is Iowa and Iowa State football spread bets. Winning point spread bet on either team will be paid out at +150 for the remainder of the season. Last is ClutchPicks section with daily boosted game odds on different sports.

August saw the highest sports betting handle in the state since March. Iowans wagered $122.6 million in August, a 12.9% increase from July.
