College Football fans react to prediction that has Alabama winning CFP

With the 2023 college football season officially underway fans, analysts, experts and pundits are putting their final College Football Playoff predictions out for the world to see. Josh Pate, host of Late Kick Live of 247Sports, posed an interesting scenario as his pick which has fans a bit rattled.

Pate’s prediction consists of No. 1 Ohio State, No. 2 Alabama, No. 3 Penn State and No. 4 Oregon. With matchups being Buckeyes vs. Nittany Lions and Crimson Tide vs. Ducks.

The national championship matchup, according to Pate’s prediction will be between Alabama and Ohio State, a rematch of the 2020 national title, which the Tide dominated in.

Notably missing are the Georgia Bulldogs, which will open the 2023 season as the top-ranked team and is seeking a third-consecutive national championship.
