College Football Odds: Alabama-Tennessee prediction, odds and pick

Alabama Crimson Tide takes on the Tennessee Volunteers in Knoxville. The game is one of the top showdowns in the entire country up to this point of this season.

Alabama lost the last game against Texas A&M and dropped a couple of spots in the AP poll. They are looking to bounce back against Tennessee.

Tennessee is looking to take the next step by dethroning Alabama at home. The Vols are coached by Josh Heupel, who also served as UCF's coach from 2018-2021.

Alabama has won 15 straight games over their SEC counterparts. Bryce Young is injured and Jalen Milroe is the only quarterback option for Alabama. Alabama will want to get their explosive bell cow of a running back Jahmyr Gibbs the ball as much as possible. Tennessee is only surrendering 250 yards per game and is led by one of the best college football players in Will Anderson.  

Tennessee is looking to make a statement against Alabama. The Volunteers are unbeaten this season and have a good chance to cover the spread. Alabama hasn't looked like the dominant team that we are used to seeing in the past. Tennessee has been masterful against the point spread this year with a record of 4-1. Since 2020, the Volunteers have only won against top-five teams.

Alabama and Tennessee are playing one of the most anticipated college football games of this season. Bryce Young is not expected to play for Alabama. The line is currently at seven points.

Alabama is favored by 7 points over Tennessee.
