College Football Odds, Picks and Predictions For Week 12
This week's Triple Option picks are highlighted by my favorite fade of the season when Kentucky takes on Georgia. Penn State will continue its recent dominance against Rutgers. Tennessee is on the warpath and looking for style points after a loss.

Kentucky is going to play Georgia. The Bulldogs defense is still very good despite losing a lot of talent to the NFL Draft. Kentucky's offensive line is one of the worst in the country. Georgia's defense held Tennessee to 13 points. Kentucky is averaging just 19.1 points per game in SEC play this season. They are going for less than two touchdowns against Georgia, who is ranked second in scoring defense. It's unlikely that Kentucky will score more than 20 points against them.
Penn State has won two straight games and is coming off a 30-0 shutout of Maryland. The Nittany Lions have been playing outstanding defense over the last month. Rutgers is one of the worst offenses in the country, ranking 120th in total offense and 114th on scoring. Penn State will wear down the Rutgers defense and cover the spread. It will be a big day for running back Nick Singleton. He has rumbled for 805 yards at over six yards per carry and 10 scores.
Tennessee beat Mizzou 66-24 last week. The team is trying to impress the College Football Playoff committee. Next up for Tennessee is South Carolina. South Korea is 3-4 in the SEC and has had a tough schedule. The Gamecocks have surrendered 43.3 points per game. Tennessee has put up at least 38 points in all but one of its games. They are averaging 48 points a game in SEC play. This week they are going to go over their team total.
TCU is laying 2.5 points at Baylor. The Bears just got stomped out by Kansas State last week.
Iowa is favored by 32.5 points. The game is a matchup of Top 10 total defenses and scoring defenses.
Bo Nix injured his leg last game and his availability is up in the air for this game. Oregon has lost two games in a row at home.
