College football predictions: TCU vs. Kansas State odds and more

North Carolina is favored to win the ACC championship game against Clemson. DJ Uiagalelei's poor performance and coach Dabo Swinney's decision to keep him as the starting quarterback gives the Tar Heels an edge.

Michigan is favored by 17 points over Purdue. The Wolverines won their first game at Ohio State in 22 years. Last year, Michigan beat Iowa 42-3 in the Big Ten title game.
