They are without a star player. Jon Sumrall's first season as Troy's head coach is going well.

Utah will play USC for the Pac-12 championship on Friday at 8 p.m. ET. Kansas State will face TCU in the Big 12 championship game at noon. LSU will take on Georgia in SEC championship at 4 p.,m., and Purdue will go up against Michigan.  

Buffalo and Akron were supposed to play in Buffalo, but the game was postponed due to heavy snowfall. Now, the Zips will play Buffalo on Friday at 1 p.m. The Bulls are 5-6 and have a bowl berth on the line.
