College football predictions: Utah vs. USC and more

Conference championship weekend is upon us. Top teams in college football enter their final opportunity to make their case ahead of bowl season.

Utah and USC played each other back on Oct. 15. Utah won 43-42. The Utes have won five of their last six games. USC's offense is good, but the defense is a concern. USC has allowed 35-plus points in four of six of its games dating back to the last loss in Utah.

Kansas State and TCU are playing each other on Saturday at 12 p.m. Eastern. The first game ended in a 28-10 defeat for Kansas State. TCU is undefeated and looking to earn its first-ever trip to the playoff. Kansas state has won four of five games since that defeat.

Clemson and North Carolina are under 63.5 points. The teams have scored 64-plus points just eight times in 24 games between them. Both teams' quarterbacks have struggled recently.   The game is on ABC at 8 p.m.
