Tulane is expected to be at full strength with no reported opt-outs or impact transfer portal entrants. Willie Fritz is one of my favorite coaches to back against the spread. He almost upset Lincoln Riley at the betting window once. He won 40-35.

Tulane and USC are both having successful seasons. Tulane won the AAC Championship and made it to the Sugar Bowl with Alabama. USC won three straight games before losing to Utah in the Pac-12 championship game. The Green Wave won 11-2 and are one of the most profitable teams to back this season.  

Tulane and USC are playing in the Cotton Bowl. The total is 62. Caleb Williams is the 2022 Heisman Trophy winner. USC's offensive line was stellar this season. Tulane's defense is solid. Both teams are expected to find success on the offensive side of the ball. USC is a poor defensive team. It's not a good idea to expect the Power Five team to dominate the line of scrimmage.
