Darcy Kuemper Next Team Odds: Oilers, Senators or Capitals?

Darcy Kuemper won a Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in his first season as the No. 1 goalie. He won big games in the postseason, including clinching Game 6 of the Final against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Kuemper will play for another team in 2022-23. The sides couldn't agree on terms. Avalanche GM Joe Sakic traded for New York Rangers goalie Alexandar Georgiev last week.

Darcy Kuemper is the next team favourite to play for the Oilers, Senators or Capitals.

Edmonton Oilers need to sign Darcy Kuemper. They have about $14 million in cap space. Kuemsper didn't play much in the last season's Western Conference finals because of an eye injury.

Matt Murray is rumored to be on the move. Ottawa Senators have plenty of cap space and they might have a new vacancy for a starting goalie soon. Kuemper would figure to play a lot and get the money he wants from the Senators.

Darcy Kuemper is interested in joining the Washington Capitals. Ilya Samsonov is the only other NHL goalie on the Caps roster. Washington has a modest amount of cap space left (about $9 million). Kuemsper has spent his whole career out West.

Darcy Kuemper is interested in joining the Buffalo Sabres. The team is nearly $33 million under the cap. Kuemsper likes to play a lot and has sometimes thrived on teams where he had to be a workhorse.
