Downey High alum Emari Demarcado reaches big stage in college football championship
Demercado was named to the Academic All-Big 12 Football Team. He was fourth in rushing last season with 224 yards on 57 carries. Demercados has used his five seasons at TCU to earn a bachelor's degree in economics and a master's in business analytics. Riley was hired to fill the vacancy created by the firing of Gary Patterson.
