Dwight Howard and Carmelo Anthony have been in touch with the Brooklyn Nets. Both players remain unsigned. Brooklyn has the seventh-best odds to win the championship in 2023. The Nets need a big that can shoot. Howard wants to play in the pick-and-roll with Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving and Ben Simmons.

Dwight Howard and Carmelo Anthony have been in touch with Nets. Boston Celtics were interested in signing them in the summer. Anthony played for the Lakers last season, while Howard played with the Orlando Magic.  Anthony can still contribute off the bench for any championship contender. Howard is capable of protecting the rim and acquiring rebounds. Limiting minutes is the key.
