Extended Bucks Forecast: Now is the Time to Take Advantage

Milwaukee Bucks are going to play Dallas in their next game. The Bucks lost to the Hawks, but swept the Cavaliers at home on the season. They lost on road to Philadelphia, beat Portland at at their home, and then lost at Chicago. The forecast against Dallas looked pretty good. It's time to take advantage. For the rest of the schedule, the Bucks have a road game in Phoenix.

The Bucks are 4-3 and 14-5 overall. They have a tough schedule. Pat Connaughton and Jrue Holiday have returned. Khris Middleton is injured. New York has nothing definite. Anthony Davis is banged up for the Lakers. Charlotte has injuries to Dennis Smith Jr, LaMelo Ball, Gordon Hayward, and Cody Martin. Orlando has Jonathan Isaac, Markelle Fultz, Cole Anthony, Jalen Suggs, Wendell Carter Jr., Terrence Ross and Chuma Okeke. Houston has Jae’Sean Tate and Bruno Fernando out until November 30th.

The Bucks defeated the Knicks at home early on. Since then, the New York Knicks have been playing .500 basketball. The Knicks' best win is at Utah. The Bucks have a better big three than the Knick's. They have veterans where the young Knicks players have inexperience. Bucks are going to play the NY Knicks on Wednesday at 6:30 PM on Bally Sports WI.

The Lakers are playing against the Bucks on Friday, December 2nd at 6:30 PM on ESPN and Bally Sports WI. The Lakers fans are spoiled and want their team to win a championship or fire their coach.

Darvin is not to blame for the Lakers' struggles. They have LeBron James, but they are also playing without Troy Brown, Austin Reaves, Wenyen Gabriel and Matt Ryan. All four of them have played in at least 10 games for at at most 12 minutes per game. The team doesn't have shooting, reliable scorers outside of the big two/three and maybe Lonnie Walker IV.

The Milwaukee Bucks are going to Charlotte on Saturday, December 3rd at 5:00 PM on Bally Sports WI. The team has had a rough start to the season, but it's an easy trip for the Bucks. They have missed their top three scorers, and their young players are not ready to play. They didn't make any significant moves in the off-season. Even at full strength, this team isn't likely to challenge the Milwaukee.

Orlando has been decimated by injuries to start this season. Paolo Banchero, Jalen Suggs, Cole Anthony, Markelle Fultz, Gary Harris, Jonathan Isaac and Mo Wagner have all missed significant time this year. Orlando might have another great shot at the first overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft for Victor Wembanyama. Bol Bol has started to look like a potential NBA player. Franz Wagner has played well in his sophomore season, but Mo Bamba has regressed.

The Kings are having a good season. They have a nice one-two punch in De’Aaron Fox and Domantas Sabonis. Kevin Huerter has also shined with higher usage. The Kings have games against Charlotte, Orlando and Sacramento in a row. Bucks started the season with a bad record, but they have good size and scorers. Matthew Dellavedova has made a return to the NBA after 13 games.

Before the season, I predicted Utah, Oklahoma City, San Antonio and Houston to be terrible tank teams. Houston has been relatively healthy this season. The trio of Jalen Green, Alperen Sengun, and Kevin Porter Jr. isn't ready for prime time. The team might be tricky because they haven't played well in Houston before. However, despite their promise, this might also be the worst era of Houston basketball ever.

The Bucks are coming off their worst stretch. They have a tough stretch ahead, but the last one is easy. The Bucks need to take advantage of the easier schedule. They play against the Knicks, Kings and Lakers. Their record is 50% good, 50%, 5% bad or worse.

The Bucks are expected to beat the Knicks 6-1 or 7-0.
