Family's heartbreaking farewell to beautiful little girl who fought so hard against all the odds
Isabelle Grundy died last Monday at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. She was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in the summer of 2021. The cancer has a 50% survival rate. A fundraising campaign had been launched to help her get special treatment in America. It raised over £237 000. Isabelle relapsed in June and passed away last week. Her family spent the days afterwards in Brian House Children’s Hospice, Blackpool. They spent precious time saying their goodbyes to Isabelles.
