Neither Italy nor Argentina profile as a high-end contender at this tournament, but this will be an important match.

Both squads will likely be fighting behind Sweden for second in Group G, and the result of this match will likely be a deciding factor.

Germany (+800) has the fourth-best odds to win this tournament, which explains its status as a sizeable favourite against Morocco. The Atlas Lionesses are competing in their first-ever Women’s World Cup. They enter this contest winless in their last five appearances.

It could be a rough go for Panama in its first-ever World Cup match. The country has lost its last two matches by a combined score of 12-0. Brazil, meanwhile, is a competitive side with back-to-back wins ahead of tournament play.

Columbia and South Korea meet in the lone match during Matchday 1 where neither side is a minus-odds favourite.

Las Chicas Superpoderosas were slight favourites, but are now small underdogs.

South Korea hasn’t seen many elite sides in its 2023 international friendlies (Haiti, Zambia twice), but the country has won all three matches.
