Five-game road trip critical to Canucks' odds of becoming a contender
Vancouver Canucks are going on a five-game road trip. They are currently 6th in the Pacific Division, 5 points behind the 4th-placed Edmonton Oilers. The team lost in a shootout to Nashville on Saturday. Canucks need to win three of the five games on the trip to stay in playoff contention. They play in Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Boston and Buffalo before coming back home. Then they play the Los Angeles Kings and the Vegas Golden Knights. In the last week, they have a U.S. trip and a Hockey Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Three Canucks legends are being honoured. It's a big task for the team.
