I think Chelsea will go strong here because it’s Mauricio Pochettino’s only chance of getting Chelsea to a final this season. This is a massive chance for Chelsea because it’s been a topsy-turvy season for them and let’s be honest, Chelsea should have won the first leg, Cole Palmer had so many opportunities in that game, he could’ve won that game on his own. Chelsea had 18 shots on the night, five of which were on target and I think all of them were Palmer’s.

You’ve got to fancy Chelsea then, even though Middlesbrough are unbeaten over their last three games, although their draw over the weekend against Rotherham was not good. They dominated the game with 71% possession but they’re 11th in the Championship for a reason.

Chelsea will certainly want to win it and they’re going to want to go in strong. They’re going to be well rested to, this is their first game in 10 days, so I see this one ending 3-0 to Chelsea, so I’ll be backing Chelsea -2 and Both Teams to Score, No.

I’m backing Cole Palmer and Raheem Sterling to Score as well and for Conor Gallagher to have at least 1 Shot on Target.
