Frankie Dettori announces plans to retire at end of 2023

Frankie Dettori will retire at the end of 2023. He will spend the northern hemisphere winter in California. Dittori has ridden more than 3300 winners worldwide, 282 at Group 1 level including 21 British classics. He's partnered some of the greatest horses of modern era. The Italian jockey rode in Sydney during the spring carnival.
