Hardy Boy won a Conditional Jockeys’ Handicap Hurdle at Huntingdon three runs back under Luca Morgan. He won that day by 6.5 lengths and the second horse had pulled a further 10 lengths clear of third. Finisk River was also in that race and finished 7 off 111. After a 65-day break, he has ran six times, winning four and second on the other two occasions.

Unanswered Prayers will run in the Novices’ Limited Handicap Chase at Cheltenham. Pull Again Green will be making his debut over fences. He has been backed from 7/2 to 11/4. Hereditary Rule suffered a cut when winning last time. Paddy Brennan will bet 2.5pt on Pull again green. The odds are 2/1. It's a good bet. They are also a bit short on Unanswered Payers. There are some chinks in their armour.

Magic Dancer is the final selection on Day 1 of the November meeting. He is going to race in the Veterans’ Handicap Chase. Magic Dancers won at Worcester off a mark of 121 back around this time last year. Red Happy has won three times since they met. Ballyandy's best form last season all came over 3m and on Soft/Heavy ground. Kauto Riko wants 3 m, while Elegant Escape prefers 3.5m. Saint Xavier jumped poorly the last two times.
