It's jump season. There's plenty of racing to get stuck into between now and Christmas. Then it's on to the Spring Festivals.

Some Chaos is the first horse to be selected for the Friday's race. Some Chaos has won the race twice before. The good ground is another plus for Some Chose. Cloth Cap is an exceptionally talented horse. He won a trophy in 2020 and went off 11/2 favourite for Grand National in 2021. He is 2lb lower in the same race this year. His last three races were all in Class 1 Listed Races. This time he will be in Veteran company. It is his first race of the season. If he gets his favoured conditions, he could put in a big performance. he won't be as far behind as he was before, though.

Sonigino for Paul Nicholls is the favourite to win the 4:00 race. Nina The Terrier, Sonigin and Holly are also considered to be good bets. Holly has been absent for 300 days and her form is questionable. She won 3 of her 4 races over in France before coming to the UK. Songino won a couple of hurdle races in the past and was placed in a Class 1 Listed race on his debut. He is 11/4 favourite at Coral. The market is spot on in that the three most likely winners are Nina the Terriers, Sonny and Holly. They are rated superior to each other.
