Fulham vs. Arsenal Odds, Predictions & Betting Tips

After their trip to Portugal in the Europa League on Thursday, Arsenal return to domestic action on Sunday, with a London derby at Craven Cottage. We’ve asked our man Anthony Eadson to provide us with his thoughts and best bets for the game.

Fulham suffered a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Brentford on Monday night. That loss was the first time in eight matches across all competitions that The Cottagers have been beaten, but they remain in a strong position in the table, flying high in seventh.

Arsenal have also exceeded their pre-season expectations and have their sights firmly set on the Premier League title. The Gunners currently hold a five point lead over Manchester City, however that gap may be reduced if City can pick up a positive result on the road at Crystal Palace on Saturday tea-time.

Taking a look at the match result odds for this clash and Arsenal are the odds-on favourites to get the three points at 4/7. The draw is on offer at 3/1, with a big home win for Marco Silva’s side available at 5/1. In terms of the title race, Arsenal are the 5/6 favourites with Manchester City breathing down their necks at even money (2.0).

Fulham vs Arsenal Tips

Oleksandr Zinchenko Under 0.5 Fouls

We have seen plenty of punters picking out profitable selections from the player fouls market provided by BetUK in recent weeks and it’s an area where I still believe there is plenty of value to be got at.

In a bit of a change of approach I’ve selected a player to have Under 0.5 fouls in the match, in the form of Oleksandr Zinchenko. The Arsenal left-back has committed just two fouls in the entire Premier League season in 22/23. This bet has landed in 17 of his 19 (89%) top-flight outings this term, and with odds of 3/4 only implying a 57% chance of success, this looks a good value proposition.

Bukayo Saka To Score & Commit 2+ Fouls

Bukayo Saka has had an excellent season with Arsenal and my longshot centres around the still only 21-year-old. Courtesy of the Paddy Power Bet Builder feature, I’ve had a bit of loose change on Saka to score and also commit 2+ fouls, which at the time of writing is on show at just bigger than 8/1.

A goal against Fulham would equal Saka’s best scoring season in the Premier League (11), and with him also on penalty duty, his price looks very backable against a Fulham side who shipped three goals against Brentford on Monday.

Besides scoring 10 league goals this season, Saka has also been shown five yellow cards. Away from the Emirates he has given away 2+ fouls in eight of his 13 league matches including in three of his last five. Combining a goal and 2+ fouls pays just bigger than 8/1 with either Paddy Power or Betfair.
