Gallorette: Bullying the Boys

Busher was 2-year-old champion filly in 1945. Gallorette was a better horse in 1946. She won 18 races in the East and was the champion handicap mare. In 1947 she was sold to Marie Moore for $125,000. She was unplaced just four times. in 1948 she won three of 18 starts. she finished second in two Handicaps and third in one Handiap. Her last win was in Queens County Handics. It was her first win in five starts in April. The next year she lost by a nose in Dwyer at Aqueduct.
