Goodbye Rainbow: The Beaver leader who brought fun and colour to hundreds of lives

Patricia Dunning was a well-loved and much admired leader in the Beavers. She was chosen to be the unit leader of Greater Manchester West contingent to attend the 24th World Scout Jamboree held in West Virginia in 2019. Tricia was offered a leader's post instead of an assistant's. She agreed to have a month off in August to raise money for the trip. The amount she raised was 4,000 pounds. It was enough to cover the cost of the month's vacation. Judy Garland played Somewhere Over The Rainbow at the funeral. John Denver sang "Take Me Home, Country Roads" at Tricia's funeral service.
