Grant, Bernabei-McNamee Optimistic Hoag Pavilion Will Level Playing Field
Grant and Bernabei-McNamee are optimistic about the construction of the Hoag Basketball Pavilion. Both women's and men's basketball teams haven't made the NCAA Tournament since 2006. The majority of BC's ACC rivals have basketball-specific practice facilities. The new facility will be dedicated solely to BC’s basketball programs. It will include a 10,700 square foot practice gym, six courts, instructional areas, a strength and conditioning center, and a sports medicine center. BC has been using the Margot Connell Recreation Center as its practice location since the demolition of Power Gym.
