The list of license holders includes Jack Cleveland Casino, Pro Football Hall of Fame Village, MGM Northfield Park, Scioto Downs, Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati, Columbus Blue Jackets, Crew SC Stadium Company, Muirfield Village Golf Club, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Cavaliers, Hollywood Casino Columbus, Barstool Sportsbook, Belterra Park (FanDuel), Hollywood Gaming Dayton Raceway (BetRivers), Hollywood Casino Toledo (DraftKings), and Out the Gate (MVGBet).

The majority of applicants for Type B (retail sports betting) licenses have received conditional approval from the Ohio Casino Control Commission.

20 online sports betting operators have been approved by the state to accept bets in Ohio. They are eligible to launch on Jan. 1. BallyBet, Bet365, Bettfred, BGM, betr, BetRivers, Caesars Sportsbook, DraftKings, FanDuel, Hard Rock, PointsBet and SuperBook will be up and running at 12:01 a.m.
1,057 Type C sports betting kiosks have been approved for Ohio. Kroger has received approval to host sports bets at 42 locations. Giant Eagle Supermarkets has conditional approval for sports betting kiosk at 10 locations, Fricker’s Wings Sports Bar has approval at 17 locations and Winking Lizard has been given approval with five locations in the state.
