Hobartville to decide autumn carnival ambitions for Anamoe
Anamoe is a $1.80 favourite for the Hobartville Stakes on Saturday. Godolphin trainer James Cummings will decide his autumn campaign after Anamo's win in the Group 2 $400,000 Hobarstakes. An amoe won the Caulfield Guineas and is back to set weights for three-year-olds for first time since. The Queen Elizabeth Stake at Royal Randwick on April 9 is the main autumn carnival target for Anameo. The God Dolphin camp threw in a protest for alleged interference in an earlier Cox Plate race.
Paulele will target the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate at Caulfield later this month. Craig Williams will ride him. Ojai and Spacewalk will fly Godolphin flag in the $250,000 Silver Slipper Stakes at Rosehill. Renosu and Rakomelo will contest the Talindert Stake at Flemington on Saturday. Golden Slippers favourite Coolangatta will have a barrier trial at Randwick on Thursday morning.
