Champion Forte looks to win his fifth race in a row in the $1 million, Grade 1 Florida Derbywhile breaking from post position 11 in this field of 12. Forte is going to be an odds-on favorite at Gulfstream Park on Saturday.

The $1.25 million Arkansas Derby is also a Grade 1 race with 11 runners but has a more contentious field with three horses who already have enough points to run on the first Saturday in May. Trainers Bill Mott, Brad Cox and Steve Asmussen have those top contenders in the big race at Oaklawn along with a former Bob Baffert runner who is now with Tim Yakteen.
