Victor went undrafted after graduating from Towson in 2017. He had several opportunities with NFL teams, but they didn't pan out for him. Victor is a Sales Operations Manager at Penske. USFL drafted him in the 6th round of the Supplemental Draft. He is often spotted wearing merchandise with the phrase “Keep God 1st” on his clothing. The New Jersey Generals have been successful early in the season. They have great coaching and great leadership. The team is very close and they hold each other accountable.
