Eliaquim Mangala won the Premier League with Manchester City and is now a free agent. He spent last season with Saint-Etienne but couldn't find a new contract. Mangal joined City from Porto for £42m in 2014. The centre-back was a regular for Manuel Pellegrini's team but has fallen down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola. He was loaned to Valencia in 2016-17 and then signed a permanent deal in 2019.
