'I'm either going to end up in jail or dead... or get my life together'
Zac Guildford is a troubled former rugby player. He was sentenced to nine months home detention for fraud charges in March. Guildfords' addictions have cost him millions. The 33-year-old is now six months sober and has kicked his gambling addiction. His gambling led him to defraud his family members. In 2011 he tried to take his own life. He will coach and play rugby for Woodend Rugby Club in 2023. It is part of mental health week in New Zealand. Guildford will give a call back when he's better. he will talk to his grandfather.
