Indiana Football: 2022 Hoosiers Season Preview and Prediction

Indiana football team finished 2-10 last season. Head coach Tom Allen is trying to get the team back to winning ways. The team has a new offensive coordinator, a quarterback, running backs, wide receivers and a starting middle linebacker. The starting quarterback will be a multi-player competition. Two of the top four running back return, but neither of them ran for more than 90 yards last year. A new tight end is expected to emerge as the best pass catcher. They have a few transferable players, including Cam Camper, Emery Simmons and Jaquez Smith.

The Hoosiers were outscored by nearly 25 points per game and lost all nine Big Ten games. They played a schedule that featured six teams ranked in the top 20.
