Essential Quality is the early favorite for the Kentucky Derby 2021. Rock Your World is second choice at 9-2 on the betting line. Highly Motivated and Known Agenda are third and fourth choices. The winner of the Florida Derby for trainer Todd Pletcher will be ridden by Irad Ortiz Jr.
