Kentucky Oaks 2023: Post position draw results and morning line odds

The field is officially set for the 2023 Kentucky Oaks at Churchill Downs.

Held the day before the Kentucky Derby, the 1 1/8-mile race also features 3-year-olds and a pretty notable purse with $1.25 million up for grabs. The winner will take home $750,000 from the Grade 1 event — not to mention a garland blanket of lilies.

The post position draw for the fillies-only race took place on Monday afternoon in Louisville, Kentucky just before the field for the Kentucky Derby was set.

Wet Paint is the early favorite to with the Oaks with Botanical and Southlawn among those expected to contend.
