Brooklyn Nets Last 5 Games

Prediction

Both of these teams have it all to play for to get the best possible seed in the last month of the season as the playoffs loom.

The Kings are 4.5 games back of the 1st place Nuggets in the West and if they keep playing like they have been, that top spot will become more and more a possible reality.

Sacramento is 8-2 in their last 10 games and just picked off the Bulls last night in Chicago on the back of another stunning performance from De’Aaron Fox.

Fox has been sensational all season and his combination with Domantas Sabonis has been at times truly unstoppable.

Sabonis dropped a Triple-Double in the Kings win last night in the Windy City, his 4th Triple-Double in 5 games.

If the Kings can stay hot and the Nuggets continue to slide, the top spot in the West could get very interesting.

Another big win tonight against the Nets and the temperature gets even hotter.

As for the Nets, wins are paramount as well, not to push for the top seed but to possibly not have to be in the play-in games.

The Nets are currently 6th in the East, 3.5 games back from the 4th place Cavaliers.

When they moved on from superstars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant mid-season, everyone thought the Nets we’re going to blow it all up.

Little did we all know, Mikal Bridges and Spencer Dinwiddie had other ideas.

Bridges has blossomed into a superstar, dropping 30 points a night like it’s nothing and Dinwiddie is averaging a double-double in his last 5 games.

The Nets need to keep picking up wins to guarantee their playoff stance but also possibly push for that #4 seed.

I love this Kings team and think they are destined to do big things but tonight, give me the Nets at home to get the job done.

Both of these teams have covered the spread in 4 of their last 5 games and I expect a tight one yet again.

Give me the fresher home team to get over the line and win on the moneyline.

Malik Monk o3.5 Assists (+114) FanDuel

Let’s cap this off with a bit of a sneakier prop that I LOVE.

Monk has been fantastic for this King’s team all season long, scoring but even more facilitating.

Monk has 4+ assists in 3 of the last 4 and 5 of the last 7 games.

In those 5 hits, he had 5+ assists as well.

Monk is good for 20+ minutes every night and given that this is a back to back for the Kings, I could see him playing 25+ tonight.

Lastly, in the game earlier this season, a huge Kings win, Monk had 6 assists.

I love the 5+ for some very tasty plus money as a bonus play as well.

Bonus: Monk 5+ assists (+235)
