Magic vs. Raptors prop picks: Count on Barnes to rack up assists

The Toronto Raptors are looking to rebound from an uninspiring road trip against the Orlando Magic.

Scottie Barnes’ playmaking continues to improve in his second season. Fred VanVleet could have a hard time making an impact on the glass. Pascal Siakam seems unlikely to go off.

Scottie Barnes is averaging 5.1 assists per game this season. Barnes has been more consistent lately with his passing. The return of Pascal Siakam may take the ball out of Barnes’ hands at times, but it also provides him with an elite cutter and finisher to target with passes.

VanVleet has four or more rebounds in 37.5% of his games this season. Orlando allows the fifth-fewest rebounds to point guards per game (5.4). Orlando ranks ninth in the NBA in overall rebounding percentage (50.9%).

Siakam under 23.5 points is an attainable line for him, but he's only cleared it in one-third of his appearances this season. The Raptors star is playing his fourth game since returning from injury.
