Maryland Jockey Club Opens Eighth OTB In Frederick

Maryland Jockey Club opened its eighth off-track betting facility in Frederick. Long Shot's sports bar is located in Clarion Inn Frederick Event Center. The event center is across the road from the Francis Scott Key Mall and close to the Monocacy National Battlefield and Adventure Park USA theme park. Frederick was recently named the fastest growing city in the DMV. The club is conducting live Thoroughbred racing Thursdays through Sundays at Laurel Park in Laurel, Md. and at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore.
