The penultimate week of the 2022 Major League Baseball regular season gets underway on Monday. The Atlanta Braves will visit the White House to celebrate their World Series title before playing the Washington Nationals. Boston Red Sox and Baltimore Orioles are also in action. We are going with two run-line picks and one underdog money-lines pick for this parlay.

Cincinnati Reds are the better team since their horrendous 3-22 start. Pittsburgh Pirates are 7-16 this month and 5-17 in their last 22 at home. Cincinnati's lineup has better numbers per game.

Atlanta Braves play Washington Nationals. Bryce Elder will start for Atlanta. Cory Abbot will pitch for Washington. Atlanta has scored 14 runs in the last two games. Atlanta won the previous game by 9 runs. Washington won by 10 runs or more in three of the four previous games against Atlanta in Washington, DC.

The Red Sox just got swept by the Yankees in 4 straight games and are 5-12 in their last 17 overall. Boston will send Connor Seabold to the mound on Monday. The Orioles have not been on fire, but they are better than the Red Sells. Baltimore is 11- 12 in September and 6-6 in its last 12 outings. Jordan Lyles is coming off his best start of the season.
