MLB MVP 2022: Who was elected the best player in the AL and NL?

Paul Goldschmidt won the National League MVP award. Aaron Judge won in the American League. They are the first time players over 35 have won an MVP. They join Dennis Eckersley, Willie Stargell, Hank Sauer, and Spud Chandler as the players to do so.

Aaron Judge won his first MLB MVP award. He received 28 of 30 first-place votes. Aaron Judge had one of the best offensive seasons in Yankees history. Alex Rodriguez won the MVP in 2007.  Shohei Ohtani won it for the Japanese team.
