Global warming is making it difficult for racecourses to provide good ground for National Hunt horses to race on. Kempton and Sandown are in the right category as they are owned by the Jockey Club. Arena group of racecourse owns Doncaster and Newcastle. Haydock and Weatherby are under different ownership. Ascot is a winter course. Cheltenham is not. The Triumph Hurdle used to be run at Hurst Park but it's getting on well since it moved to Cheltonham. Aintree is special and needs to do its own thing. It's unlikely that every race course will be able to pair up seasonally.
