Wednesday’s Best NBA Betting Odds

Denver Nuggets vs. Washington Wizards

Living in the DC area for almost seven years now, I’ve followed this Wizards team each year. One thing I’ve noticed is when they slide, they slide hard, and we are in the midst of another one. After starting the month with hopes of playing in the postseason, the Wiz have now lost seven of their last 10, including three straight, failing to cover in all three.

For the West-leading Nuggets, they come into this one for their final game of a five-game road trip they’ve so far split 2-2. Largely healthy and facing a Wizards team likely without Kuzma, I like for the Nuggets to roll in this game.

Bet: Nuggets -6 (-110)

Golden State Warriors vs. Dallas Mavericks

Separated by just half a game in the 6th and final Western Conference playoff spot, the Warriors and Mavericks have a pivotal game tonight in Dallas as the season winds down. Unfortunately for the Mavericks, who are still without superstar Luka Doncic, their other star Kyrie Irving is questionable headed into this one.

Even with Irving, the Mavs have seen mixed results, winning just four of their past six games as they’ve slit into play-in tournament territory. While the Warriors are dealing with injuries of their own, they still have the Splash Brothers healthy, and that should be enough to handle a free-falling Mavericks team.

Bet: Warriors -1.5 (-110)

Portland Trail Blazers vs. Utah Jazz

Speaking of teams in free fall, the Trail Blazers come into tonight’s game in Utah having lost six straight and seven of their past 10 games. Failing to cover in five of those games, Portland has been playing poorly on both sides of the ball, getting blown out in four straight losing by an average of 15 points per game.

Utah, on the other hand, is surging, winning four of five with wins over the Kings, Celtics, and Heat in the process. They roll again in this one.

Bet: Jazz -4 (-110)
