Paul George is out for the Clippers, who have the second-best defensive rating in the NBA. The Trail Blazers are scoring 3.6 points per 100 possessions less without Damian Lillard and allowing 2.5 more per cent more on the other end. This is just the fifth game all year with a total below 212.
