Trail Blazers' and Sixers' first-round picks are tied for No. 21 and No 22. Nets', Cavaliers' picks would be 24th through 26th. Celtics' pick would come in the last two spots. If the season ended today, Brooklyn would move up to Philadelphia's spot in draft. Utah would get Nets’ pick at No 24.
