New Jersey Devils seal 11th-straight win in 3-2 overtime victory over Maple Leafs

The New Jersey Devils won their 11th straight game with a 3-2 victory over the Toronto Maple Leafs. The game went to overtime, but Yegor Sharangovich scored the winner 57 seconds into the extra period. It was the first time the Maple Leaf's won in 10 games. Matt Murray made 30 saves. Toronto is second in the Atlantic Division, just ahead of the Tampa Bay Lightning. The team gets a chance to bounce back on Saturday against the Buffalo Sabres. New York is eight points behind the Eastern Conference leaders, the Boston Bruins. They are also eight point ahead in their division.
