These teams met in a preseason game in Philadelphia last month with a wild 3-3 draw. Villa built a 2-0 lead in the first 15 minutes, but Newcastle tied the game before half. Villa scored first in the second half, but Newcastle tied it up with a half-hour to play, and no further goals were scored.
