Vegas is a consensus 1.5-point favorite on Sunday, with a game total hovering around 37.5 points.

The matchup’s big storyline is how the Raiders will respond after their Halloween night organizational upheaval.

Head coach Josh McDaniels, general manager David Ziegler, and offensive coordinator Mick Lombardi were fired Tuesday. Linebackers coach and former N.Y. Giant Antonio Pierce has taken over as the team’s interim coach, while quarterbacks coach Bo Hardegree is the new offensive coordinator and playcaller.

The moves come on the heels of a 3-5 start and current two-game losing streak for the struggling Silver and Black, which ranks 30th in points per game (15.8) and 31st in total yards per outing (268.3).

Rookie QB Aidan O’Connell is getting the start Sunday in place of Jimmy Garoppolo, who has thrown a league-most nine interceptions in six games.

The Giants (2-6), meanwhile, are dealing with their own issues, most notably a rash of key offensive injuries.

New York has dropped five of its last six games and is dead last in scoring (11.9 ppg) and total yards (267.9) per game. Big Blue, however, is getting starting QB Daniel Jones back Sunday after a three-game absence due to a neck injury.

With two struggling offenses who have combined for two measly games of 21-plus points so far and are a combined 3-13 to the under on the season, we’re going to stick with the under Sunday in Sin City until proven otherwise.

One of the Raiders’ major issues of late has been the stunning inability to consistently get the ball to their top offensive weapon in Adams.

It’s led to some vocalized frustration for the veteran wide receiver, who only has had 14 receptions for 142 yards on 28 targets over the last four games.

With the Raiders now starting anew, expect Adams to get peppered with targets Sunday and clear his receiving yards prop against a Giants defense surrendering the 14th-most yards per game (159.6) on average to opposing wideouts.
