Philadelphia Eagles are the best team in the NFC and bring their dynamic offense to Houston for Thursday Night Football. The Texans defense is the worst run-stop unit in NFL. Houston lost to Tennessee on Sunday. Philadelphia is running the ball well and has the No. 3 EPA per handoff in league.

Seattle Seahawks are 3-point underdogs at Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals lost to the Vikings 34-26 in Minnesota. Seattle has a three-game winning streak. The Seahawks beat the Giants at home on Sunday. Arizona has only one win in their last four games.

Miami Dolphins and Chicago Bears are playing a non-conference game on Sunday. The Over/Under is 44.5 points. Miami scored 31 points on 476 yards against Detroit in Week 8, while Chicago gave up 27 points against 393 yards from Detroit. Chicago scored 33 points in last Monday's upset win at New England.

Baltimore Ravens are on a mini-bye and New Orleans Saints are injured. The game has a low opening total of 47.5. The first injury reports are due Wednesday. I expect positives for skill players on both teams. Ravens scored 27 points in Week 8, their highest output since Week 3. Saints offense is getting healthier. Baltimore's defense is a mess. They are 28th in EPA allowed per play.
