NI woman overcomes odds to land dream job as a nurse and says to 'never give up'
Andrea Breen, 43, from the Philippines, has graduated and has a job as a nurse at Craigavon hospital. She travelled back and forth from Northern Ireland to the Philippine with her two children and her mum who died of lung cancer. Andrea also found a lump on her breast. She wants her story to be an inspiration for others. "There is always light at the end of the tunnel and to never give up on their dreams". The mother-of-two wants to highlight this for other mature students. One of her friends could easily pass as her daughter. It is never too late to do whatever is your heart's desire.
