Nick Madrigal Just Keeps Hitting
Nick Madrigal is hitting better lately. He's been playing in the leadoff spot and has been getting better results. His batting average has dropped to .281, but his OBP is still good. Madigal has changed his approach from pull-heavy to going up the middle. There's talk about the Cubs signing a star shortstop and moving Mad Riggal to second. He'd prefer to keep him and Nico Hoerner in their current spots. The Cubs could sign a shortstop. They could also move Hoarner to third. It's not clear if they would choose to do that.
