Notorious prankster Jarvo 69 invades the pitch at cricket World Cup and squares up to angry India superstar Virat Kohli

NOTORIOUS prankster Jarvo 69 has struck again at the Cricket World Cup.

The serial pitch invader stormed the field during the match between Australia and India on Sunday.

He was also seen squaring up to Virat Kohli as he was ushered away by security.

Play was stopped at the M. A. Chidambaram Stadium after Jarvo ran onto the pitch.

He disrupted the action in an India shirt with his name and the number 69 on the back.

Jarvo, real name Daniel Jarvis, also wore sunglasses as her confronted India star Kohli.

Stewards were quick to remove Jarvo from the pitch, though, pushing him away from the players so the match could restart.

The internet prankster has a history with the Indian cricket team, having invaded the pitch during their match against England in 2021.

Jarvo was arrested by police after clattering into Jonny Bairstow during the test match at The Oval two years ago.

He also tried his hand at bowling after storming the pitch before he was arrested by officers on suspicion of assault following the incident.

His antics at The Oval later prompted the ECB to launch a security review.

Later that same year, he lined up for Japan's rugby team as they took on Ireland in Dublin.

He was quickly removed by security staff after appearing on the field during the national anthems.

His antics cam after he had done the same before New Zealand's match against Wales a week earlier.
